KA3M Property Management is a family-owned and operated company built on the values of integrity, hard work, and exceptional service.

Founded by Mitt and Kerri Wardlaw, KA3M began in 2019 when they purchased their first apartment properties in Starkville, Mississippi. As they gained experience managing and improving those properties, they discovered a passion for providing quality housing and creating positive experiences for residents. What started with a few apartments soon grew into additional rental homes and investment properties throughout the area.

The name KA3M holds special meaning to the Wardlaw family. It represents the initials of their four children: Karis, Ansley, Macey McKay, and Mitchell. Their children are the inspiration behind the company and remain at the center of everything they do. KA3M was built with the goal of creating something meaningful that reflects their family's values while providing a strong foundation for future generations.

Today, KA3M Property Management oversees a growing portfolio of long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and investment properties throughout Starkville and the surrounding communities. As the company continues to grow, it has expanded into the Columbus area, allowing us to serve more residents and property owners across the region
